Exceptional Specimen... Elbaite with Muscovite !

Incredibly beautiful specimen of pink Elbaite with Muscovite on Albite!
One of the most attractive miniatures in Tucson in my opinion. The pink spray
in the center measures nearly 4 cm tall and is surrounded by smaller, gemmy pink
Tourmalines. All are terminated with flat top terminations except for one little jewel
with has a pyramidal tip. Running between the Tourmaline crystals is a golden-yellow
blade of Muscovite which actually bends as it passes between the crystals. This makes
for a really nice backing for the largest crystal cluster. All sit atop a white Albite matrix.
From Kara Valley, Azad Kashmir, Pakistan.
Measures 6 cm by 4.2 cm by 3.4 cm in size.
